🛑 Cancel order
Bukhamseen Foundation has the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

Payment failed or declined.

Payment is delayed for more than an hour via the Sadad system.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address or contact information.

Unable to contact the customer or the customer delays receiving the order for more than 7 days.

Customers have the right to cancel their orders free of charge before shipping or delivery. After shipping, cancellation fees will be deducted.

🔄 Exchange and return
You can request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product must be new and in its original condition, with all accessories and instruction manual.

Products with scratches, damage from use, or malfunctions resulting from improper use are not accepted.

Health products, mobile devices, games, and headphones are non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect within 3 days.

💵 Refund of payments

Shipping and logistics costs (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

All products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
